REIMAGINE is a next generation Social Impact Property Fund  that is managed by ALT Property Partners. It invests in affordable housing and convenience retail properties across South Africa and sub-Saharan Africa within growing sectors that offer an opportunity to create both social and environmental impact as well as sustainable returns for investors.

  • Ben is currently inspired by the opportunity of building an Impact Alternative Investment business that aspires to attract foreign and local capital. Ben’s investment expertise has been established over 25 years, as CEO of Sanlam Alternative Investments, MD of STANLIB AM and Africa as well as MD of Old Mutual Property. He has also had the privilege of operating in South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Lesotho, Swaziland, Kenya, Tanzania, South Sudan, Ghana, Nigeria, India and Saudi Arabia over this period. Ben has also served as President of the South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA), Chairman of WESGRO as well as being the first Chairman of the JSE listed SA Corporate Real Estate Fund, amongst other Directorships.
