REimagine is our inaugural 'catalyst for change' fund. A next generation social impact retail fund that is invested in developing, building, and managing convenience retail centres in these neglected communities around the country.

 

We bring the economy to the people by creating dignity through job creation, the ability to purchase essential goods within 1-3km of their homes, and thereby supporting increased family connection. These elements, together, build and improve quality of life.

The REimagine Social Impact Retail Fund receives and invests capital from institutional investors for the development and acquisition of rural retail and township retail convenience centres.

 

ALT Capital Partners, as the manager of the REimagine Social Impact Retail Fund, is contracted to the fund to invest, develop and manage the assets of the fund.
